Business systems and integrations
The systems your business runs on, set up and connected
Many businesses already pay for the right tools. They just do not talk to each other, so details get typed twice and things fall through. We set them up properly and connect them.
Ascent Vision sets up and connects the systems a business runs on: a CRM for customers and leads, online booking, payments and invoicing, business email on the company's own domain, phones and texting, and the reports that pull it together. Each tool is chosen for the job, connected so information moves on its own instead of being retyped, and documented so the business knows what it has and who controls each account.
What you get
- A plain map of the tools you use today and where information gets lost
- CRM, booking, payments, email and phone set up properly, or replaced when they are the problem
- Connections, so a new customer, booking or payment updates everything it should
- One list of every account, who owns it and who can get in
How it works
Map what you use
Every tool, what it costs you in time and where details are typed twice.
Choose and set up
Keep what works, replace what does not, and set each tool up for how you actually work.
Connect them
Information moves between the tools on its own, tested on your real examples.
Hand over the keys
A written list of every account and connection, owned by you.
Who it is for
- Businesses paying for tools nobody fully set up
- Teams that retype the same customer details into three places
- Owners who do not know who has the passwords to their own accounts
What we will not do
- Sell you new tools you do not need. Keeping what works comes first.
- Put your accounts in our name. They are yours, and you can see who has access.
- Connect anything that sends to your customers without your approval.
Questions
What is a CRM, and do I need one?
A CRM is the one place a business keeps its customers and leads: who they are, what was said and what happens next. Many businesses that get more than a few inquiries a week benefit from one. We help choose one that fits, set it up and connect it to your site, phone and email.
Can you connect the tools I already use?
Usually, yes. Most booking, payment, email, accounting and CRM tools can be connected so a change in one updates the others. When a tool cannot be connected, or is the problem, we say so and recommend a replacement.
Who controls the accounts?
You do. Every account is in the business's name, and you get a written list of each one and who has access.
